Our mission is to elevate these industries to unprecedented levels of success through the strategic implementation of technology, education, and supply chain coordination. By fostering increased collaboration within sectors, we aim to inspire youth to explore rewarding career paths in the trades.
Aligned with the Skilled Trades Coalition (STC), Industry Lift collaborates with trade associations to introduce immersive technology to young people, bridging the gap created by retiring generations and showcasing the potential of careers in the trades.

Our Team
Bill Issler - Founder & President
Our Founder and President, Bill Issler, worked in the structural steel industry for over 40 years. He developed FabSuite, a comprehensive suite of information management tools that became a standard resource for the steel fabrication industry. Bill sold FabSuite to Trimble in 2017, an international technology corporation and that software was rebranded as Tekla PowerFab.
Though retired, Bill has chosen to use his time to help fill the skilled trades gap, so he founded Industry Lift in 2018.
Bill’s life desire is to uplift and inspire others around him for the common good.
Elizabeth McInnis - Director
Elizabeth Mcinnis is the Executive Director of Industry Lift. She is passionate about seeing the Skilled Trades Industry reach new heights!
She has been with Industry Lift since 2018 and has been in the Skilled Trades Industry since 2016. Previous to this exciting venture she served as the Marketing Director of FabSuite. We are grateful to have her confidence and clear communication!
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys making things beautiful with DIY and decorating projects. She lives in Williamsburg, VA with her husband, son and a great dane, named Titus.
Alberto Boin - International Business Developer
Alberto Boin is the International Business Developer of Industry Lift. He has specialized in Augmented Inclusivity since he was a young child.
Alberto has extensive experience in software, hardware and R&D development. 33 years ago he designed a custom-made tool to automatically transform business expertise into software. Beyond that, he has made massive strides in the Industry serving many valuable purposes and clients. Alberto is passionate about making dreams come true and uplifting the world around him.
He is our trusted source of design and the visionary to make all our sponsors dreams come true. As a team member he connects us to an incredible network of extraordinary talented people and a phenomenal support system.
Ranganai Simango - Office Manager
Ranganai Simango is the Office Manager of Industry Lift. He is skilled in the details of the organization.
He has been a part of the Industry Lift Team from our inception. His financial background coupled with years of administrative experience and a heart of service keep the Industry Lift offices running smoothly. We trust you will be cared for well in his capable hands!
Ranganai enjoys fitness training and the outdoors. If he’s not in the office look for him kayaking the waterways of the tidewater area of Virginia.
Andrea Emory - Project Manager
Andrea has been Project Coordinator for Industry Lift since January 2022 and handles a mixture of administrative tasks and project management. She loves being a part of pioneering how virtual reality will impact our world.
She has always worked in roles of customer service and enjoys getting to know our clients!
Andrea currently lives in Dallas, TX and spends her time traveling with her husband, exploring the outdoors, and trying new coffee shops!
